There were negative reviews years ago but the new owners are super nice and shows care. The location is close to everything. You can just walk to most of them. For electric car owners there are a few in the area. I highly recommend this inn specially if you just want a place to spend the night over after a long day of adventure.
My daughter & I stayed here when we recently were on a mini vacation. The owner who just recently took over ownership was very nice & quite knowledgeable about the area. She rented us a room with two double beds at a decent price. The room was large & clean. Towels & toiletries were amble. We had a restful night. Would stay there again if in the area.
Excellent local hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, and the hotel was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. If you're expecting a complimentary breakfast, conference facilities, a pool, or other amenities to keep you onsite, you'll probably be disappointed. I don't know about you, but I normally travel to do other things at the destination, not hang out at the hotel. I just need a quiet, clean place to sleep at the end of a long day of having fun elsewhere, and Luxury Inn is a perfect fit.
Excellent value for the rate. Very clean and comfortable. The family owned motel is run by a lovely woman. I felt so comfortable, I stayed another day and explored more of collingwood! I will 100% be back again.

I stayed here last night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Seems like a family owned business so they were very welcoming. The room was very clean and beds were comfy as well. Complimentary coffee in the morning was a great start to our day!
Best price for the area... Stayed one night, it was clean and comfortable. New owners are nice. And they had morning coffee in the lobby. I would stay again when I plan another trip to the hill...

I had such a great stay here! The new owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. You can tell they really care about the place and their guests. The location is perfect, close to Blue Mountain and not far from the beach, so it’s a super convenient spot. The rooms are clean, cozy, and just what you need after a day of exploring. Don’t let the older reviews fool you there’s definitely been a positive change in management. I’ll definitely be back
Room is very nice and clean. I had a comfortable experience and the best bed ever. Great customer service and very quiet, which I like. Blue Mountains is just 10 minute drive away, and many nearby restaurants. Nice discount at Boston Pizza too.
